Let's talk about a dish that's pure comfort and a taste of home-cooked goodness – Country Fried Steak, with a twist of chicken! This meal takes me straight to the heart of comfort food, reminding me of family dinners and the pleasure of indulging in a crispy, savory delight.

Equipment

  • 1 Deep Fryer

Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 90 g Butter
  • ½ cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Fry Flour

  • 1 cup Flour
  • tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Oil enough for shallow frying

Instructions
 

  • Portion the chicken wings to drumlettes and winglettes. Discard the tips.
  • Combine all the ingredient for the fry flour and and heat up enough oil for a shallow fry in a suitable deep frypan
  • Dust the chicken into your fry flour and fry off the chicken
  • In a large saucepan with low heat, combine the butter, hot sauce, honey and minced garlic and combine the sauce
  • Reserve 10% of the sauce for serving. Add the chicken into the sauce and let it slowly thicken
  • Serve wings on a plate with extra sauce at the side.
