Ingredients
- 200 g Cottage Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 70 g Butter unsalted preferred, room temp
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
- 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar, and then incorporate eggs and vanilla.
- Further incorporate cheese, salt and milk, little by little.Lastly incorporate the flour & lemon zest.
- Pour the mixture into an appropriate baking shallow baking dish and bake at 180 deg C for roughly 30 minutes to 40 minutes or until cooked.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
