Ingredients
  

  • 3 Indomie Instant Cup Noodles Mi Goreng 75g pkts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g peeled medium green king prawns with tails, deveined
  • 1 red capsicum cut into thin strips
  • 3 shallots cut into 7cm lengths, finely shredded
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Prepare noodles following packet directions. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat until just smoking. Spray with oil. Stir-fry the prawns for 4-5 minutes or until prawns curl and change colour.
  • Add the prawns, capsicum, shallot and coriander to the noodles. Toss to combine. Divide among serving bowls.
